- Application and Usage Information
- Product Application:
- Tank-mix adjuvant used with agrochemicals as super spreading agent.
- In-can formulation when the formulation is buffered to a neutral pH
- Usage Information:
- Bluesil™ SP 3309 A2 is readily dispersed into water and should be added to the spray tank when almost full, without excessive agitation, to minimise foaming.
- Bluesil™ SP 3309 A2 is susceptible to hydrolysis under acidic or basic conditions. Ideally spray formulations should be buffered to as close to neutral (pH 7.0) as possible. Sprays should be applied directly after mixing, not left to stand e.g., overnight.
- High spray volumes are unnecessary to achieve good spray coverage when using Bluesil™ SP 3309 A2 and should be avoided to prevent runoff resulting from the combination of volume and spreading.
- Bluesil™ SP 3309 A2 is typically used at concentrations in the spray tank of 0.025%-0.1%. A concentration of 0.2% or higher will be required to provide rainfastening via stomatal infiltration.
