CEAMPECTIN EX 4433 is specially developed for gelatine/pectin combinations for the manufacture of confectionery candy with or without pulp, and with high soluble solids (> 75% SS and pH of 3.2 – 3.5). Speeds up the gelatine setting time and makes starchless Molding gelatine gummies possible.
