CEAMTEX 1672 is a stabiliser system based on alginate and dietary vegetable fibre, standardized to obtain an uniform performance. Alginate is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from brown seaweeds, and dietary fibre ingredient is produced from high quality citrus peel.

    Application Information
    • Pour the powder (previously blended with other dry ingredients) over the corresponding liquid.
    • Stir until complete dissolution. After sufficient blending time, the product will be gelled.
    • Do not pour the liquid over the powder.
