  • CEAMTEX BC 93-246 is specially developed to provide cold gelling, heat and bake stability and freeze-thaw stability in bakery cream production.
Application Information
  • Pour the powder (previously blended with other dry ingredients) over the corresponding liquid. Stir until complete dissolution.
  • After sufficient blending time, the product will be gelled. Do not pour the liquid over the powder.
