COMFORTSIL FLD 21642 is designed for use as a base fluid for formulation of amino silicone emulsions and microemulsions specifically to be used as textile softeners and lubricants.
In application to textiles the product typically yields:
- Smooth soft hand
- Good drape characteristics
- Low yellowing
- Increased fabric elasticity and crease recovery
- Improved fabric tensile and tear strength
Typical end uses include cellulosic and man made fibres on woven, knitted and non woven fabrics and as a lubricant in raising and sueding.
