Processing Information

LOTRYL® BESTPEEL 2805V can be used as peelable heat seal layer in most of lid constructions. Such lids are heat sealable onto PET, PP, PS, PVC and HDPE. Sealing strength depends on factors related to the different materials involved and to technological parameters:

  • pressure, time, temperature (range from 130°C to 210°C),
  • shape of the sealing tools,
  • lids structures (thicknesses, nature of layers).
