Performance and application:
- It is suitable for polyester/TGIC outdoor weather-resistant powder coating system with gloss above 10% (60 degrees).
- Excellent extinction performance, insensitive to extrusion process, good reproducibility, and stable gloss.
- MT-909 powder coating has good storage stability, strong ultraviolet resistance, and good weather resistance.
- It can provide excellent leveling performance for powder coating, excellent anti-yellowing performance, and fine coating film effect.
- The heavy metal content of this product meets the EU RoHS standard requirements.
Usage:
- Premix MATTING AGENT MT-909 matting agent with other raw materials, then extrude. The dosage is 1-4.5% of formula weight.
- The gloss decreases with the increase of dosage.
