CYMEL® 1168 Resin is a highly monomeric, methylated/iso-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. Its high monomer content allows for the formulation of high solids coatings with excellent appearance, recoat adhesion, and flexibility. CYMEL® 1168 Resin is especially recommended for automotive topcoats, general metal finishes, and coil coatings. While CYMEL® 1168 Resin is insoluble in water, it shows excellent compatibility with water-soluble backbone polymers and provides very good stability in amine-stabilized waterborne formulations.

WWT50464 Red Iron Oxide is a liquid colorants that are low in viscosity, high in color strength, and maintain excellent stability. Possible applications for the WC line include but are not limited to industrial, decorative and architectural coatings, paper products, textile inks, and aggregate coatings.

CRAYVALLAC® WN-1110 is a micronised modified polypropylene wax.

H.B. Fuller® PD-1202 is a binder and resin used in waterborne adhesives for adhesives and sealants.

Wayncor™ 213 is a general purpose corrosion inhibitive pigment which demonstrates good stability and corrosion resistance in a wide variety of systems. Typical use level is between 3 - 7% total formula weight.

COPRO® SP-480 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion.

REAFREE® 6818 is a binder and resin used in paints and coatings.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ 1100 is a blend of polyethers, primarily glycerol ethoxylated propoxylated and polyalkylene glycol. It functions as a nonionic surfactant.

CARPOL® PGP-2000-60 initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2000-60 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2000. This diol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide for controlled reactivity.

CARPOL® EDAP-800 is an ethylenediamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 800. This tetrol is polymerized with ethylene and propylene oxides and is autocatalytic due to its amine content. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, CARPOL® EDAP-800 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.

Waynflash™ 111 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor which contains sodium nitrite as part of its flash rust inhibition matrix. It is a highly effective inhibitor for the flash rusting on ferrous substrates during aqueous paint phase. It has also proven to be affective in preventing in can rusting. Typical used levels range from 0.25 - 1.0% max. based upon total formula weight. It is highly versatile and can be used in any water based systems. WaynflashTM 111 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

COPRO® CP-501 is a non-ionically stabilized, carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer latex that contains a non-staining antioxidant.

Hybricor™ 204 is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr⁶⁺ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems.

REAFREE® 5706 is a binder and resin used in paints and coatings, specifically for varnish applications. It offers excellent flexibility, high gloss, and outdoor durability.

CARPOL® PGP-400 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-400 has a nominal functionality of two and a molecular weight of 400 Da. The low functionality and viscosity of this polyol makes for a versatile product. It may be used in rigid foam systems to lower the viscosity of B-side materials while helping control crosslinking.
