EBECRYL® LED 04 is an acrylated polyamine that can be added as a co-resin to UV curable formulations. EBECRYL® LED 04 when combined with an appropriate photo initiator system transforms formulations into UV LED, UVA, or low energy curable systems by providing improved surface cure. In addition, this effect is also seen in high energy cure formulations. The improved surface cure is obtained by mitigating oxygen inhibition of the free radical process and/or by being an amine synergist for Norrish type II photo initiators. Coating and inks based on EBECRYL® LED 04 exhibit a low odor after UV or EB curing. Due to its hydrophobic nature EBECRYL® LED 04 can also be used in offset inks applications as a replacement of aminobenzoate synergists.

AP 5000 is a low viscosity, reactive polyamide hardener solution in isopropyl alcohol for epoxy resins based lacquers and coatings.

EBECRYL® 8800-20R is an aliphatic urethane acrylate diluted with the reactive diluents tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) (1) and ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate (EOEOEA)(2). Films of EBECRYL® 8800-20R cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit toughness, flexibility, good exterior durability and resistance to yellowing.

D.E.H.® 612 is a modified aliphatic amine hardener produced without the use of nonylphenol. LOTADER® 3410 is a versatile adhesive for extrusion coating or lamination, designed as: Concentrate to be used in dry blend with LDPE. LOTADER® 3410 improves adhesion of LDPE on aluminium foils, metallized or primerized films. Ready for use resin to be used pure. LOTADER® 3410 gives excellent adhesion on substrates likes aluminium foil, metallized plastics, paper, board, PE and some plastic films like BOPP. Coextrusion tie layer for PE/PA in extrusion coating process. LOTADER® 3410 can also be used as a coupling agent for mineral filled compounds such as halogen free flame retardant wires and cables, a compatibiliser for polyamide/polyolefin blends and a modifier for polyamides.

EBECRYL® 264 is an aliphatic urethane triacrylate diluted 15% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA). Films of EBECRYL® 264 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, abrasion resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

EBECRYL® 605/40 is a bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate diluted approximately 40% by weight with the reactive diluent tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) (1) to provide a lower viscosity, easier handling product. EBECRYL® 605/40 exhibits light color and fast cure response. Films of EBECRYL 605/40 cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate high gloss, surface hardness, and superior chemical resistance.

IBOA is a monofunctional reactive diluent that polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. The bicyclic structure of IBOA gives rise to polymers of increased Tg, while its monofunctionality minimizes crosslinking to provide coatings and inks with good hardness and resiliency combined with flexibility and impact resistance.
