AEROSIL® E 805 is a fumed silica after-treated with an organosilane. It provides extraordinary rheological properties by maintaining brilliant transparency. It is very easy to disperse.

SUKOREZ® SU-100S is a water white cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon resin. The major usage is a tackifier for EVA, SIS, SEBS block copolymers, metallocene polyolefins and APAO.

PARALOID™ A-21LV 30% Resin is a very hard methyl methacrylate polymer with enhanced adhesion properties. It is supplied as a 30% solution in a toluene/MEK/butanol solvent system. The polymer is also available in solid grade form. PARALOID™ A-21LV 30% Resin is similar to PARALOID™ A-21LV 30% Resin in characteristics and uses but because of its solvent system, PARALOID™ A-21LV 30% Resin possesses better compatibility with cellulosics, such as nitrocellulose and cellulose acetate butyrate. PARALOID™ A-21LV 30% Resin also will allow a higher solids content at spray viscosity.

MAINCOTE™ HG-56 is an aqueous emulsion designed as a binder for maintenance coatings. While it is compositionally similar to MAINCOTE™ HG-54D Acrylic Resin, its somewhat larger particle size mandates that it be formulated in a different manner. The formulator should pay particular attention to the guidelines in this brochure.

Licowax® PED 191 Powder is an oxidized, high density polyethylene wax with high molecular weight.

CYMEL® U-663 resin is a partially iso-butylated urea resin supplied in iso-butanol. The fast drying properties combined with very good block resistance makes CYMEL® U-663 resin suitable for acid curing wood coating applications where low formaldehyde emission and high film gloss is required.

CYMEL® 1172 resin is an unalkylated glycoluril crosslinker supplied in water at 45% solids. It is designed to be used for crosslinking aqueous neutral or acidic hydroxyl or amide functional polymers and combines excellent stability at acidic pH (as low as 4) with excellent reactivity. CYMEL® 1172 resin cannot be used in amine neutralized or basic coating systems because of the potential problems of demethylolation of the compound and a significant decrease in cure response.

NuTone® 324 is a low structure utility pigment black that is broadly applicable in a variety of inks. It is especially recommended for water-based flexo. NuTone® 324 has a unique combination of surface area and structure especially suited for good covering power and color strength.

AP 5604 is a low viscosity, Long Pot-life, modified aliphatic amine hardener for epoxy resins based coatings. Suitable for high solids or solvent free coatings.

Ceridust® 6050 M is a micronized metallocene-based polypropylene wax.

EBECRYL® 286 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted 25% with tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) monomer. Films of EBECRYL® 286 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and flexibility, as well as the non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-64 is a polyalkylene glycol used as a nonionic surfactant in industrial and industrial coatings applications.

D.E.R.® 352 liquid epoxy resin is a reaction product of epichlorohydrin with bisphenol a and Bisphenol F.

Bayferrox® 7009 is an inorganic pigment categorized under the chemical family of chemical mixtures and blends.

EBECRYL® 1200 is an acrylate functional acrylic resin supplied in 45% by weight of butyl acetate. Upon evaporation of the solvent, films of EBECRYL® 1200 are physically dry and tack-free and after UV/EB curing are hard and chemical resistant without embrittlement. The viscosity and cured properties can be adjusted with the addition of reactive diluents such as 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA).
