D.E.R.® 664U Solid Epoxy Resin is a medium molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 664U Epoxy Resin is a medium molecular weight solid epoxy resin used mainly in powder coatings. It can be incorporated in both decorative and functional coatings to provide improved viscosity characteristics and greater flexibility. D.E.R.® 664U Epoxy Resin can also be used for epoxy esters, with the addition of an appropriate catalyst.

MAINCOTE™ 5045C Emulsion is an aqueous acrylic emulsion polymer based on AVANSETM Acrylic Resin Technology. It facilitates the formulation of coatings to less than or equal to 25 g/L VOC for use in light to medium duty industrial maintenance and protective coatings applications. It offers excellent UV durability, corrosion resistance, block resistance, and ease of formulation with excellent paint stability. It can be formulated into highly durable topcoats and high gloss direct to metal (DTM) finish coats. When formulated at 25 g/L VOC or below, MAINCOTE™ 5045C Emulsion offers improvements in these properties versus many current DTM finishes formulated at higher VOC levels of 100 g/L and above. The low coalescent demand of MAINCOTE™ 5045C Emulsion allows compliance with stringent VOC regulations. MAINCOTE™ 5045C contains no intentionally added APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylate) surfactants and no intentionally added PFAS.

SIPERNAT® 820 A represents a specific product range of precipitated silica, aluminium and calcium silicates. SIPERNAT® 820 A is a sodium aluminum silicate with a high level of whiteness and reduced coarse particles.

YOLIAN YL-68 is a matting hardner M68 is a composed salt of cyclic-amidine and multi-acid. When the double curing group in the molecular structure is cross-linked with the epoxy resin, the different curing rates generate uneven shrinkage, thus forming a flat and dense matte coating film.

SILCOLEASE™ PC-94 is an emulsion of Dioctyl Tin Dilaurate. This is the catalyst component of a silicone release formulation and promotes polymerization through a polycondensation reaction.

TEGO® Foamex 811 is an effective defoamer concentrate based on polyether siloxane technology. Broad usability with an excellent balance of effectiveness and compatibility.

Non-Leafing Type Aluminium Paste TZ-588A is a chemical mixture used in paints and coatings. It features non leafing properties for case ingredient applications.

CYMEL® 1170 resin is a highly butylated glycoluril crosslinker designed for use in both water and organo-soluble coating systems. Its superior adhesion relative to existing melamine and benzoguanamine crosslinkers provides increased corrosion resistance and flexibility. The better adhesion is not lost after postforming of parts and exposure of the stressed coating to humidity, steam, dry heat, or weather. This feature makes CYMEL® 1170 resin a good candidate for coil of metal decoration enamels and primers. In addition, CYMEL® 1170 resin releases significantly lower amounts of formaldehyde during the baking process compared to other amino resins

EBECRYL® 5129 is a hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that provides extremely fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL® 5129 exhibit high hardness and resistance to yellowing plus outstanding scratch, abrasion and chemical resistance combined with a degree of flexibility not found in similar high functionality acrylates.

EBECRYL® 8606 is an aliphatic urethane tetraacrylate. Films of EBECRYL® 8606 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) have a unique combination of hardness, toughness, flexibility, and abrasion resistance coupled with outstanding exterior durability properties. These performance properties make EBECRYL® 8606 ideal for applications such as paint protection, printed electronics, automotive interior film and embossing or thermoforming after cure.

Toyal 105 is a fine, conventional air atomized aluminum powder.

CARPOL® EDAP-770 is an ethylenediamine-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a nominal functionality of four and a typical hydroxyl number of 770. This tetrol is polymerized solely with propylene oxide and is autocatalytic due to its amine content. This polyol’s functionality makes it optimal for use in rigid foams as a crosslinking modifier. In addition, CARPOL® EDAP-770 can also be used as a curative for most C.A.S.E. applications.

AP 1041 LV is a low viscosity, reactive, Mannich-based amine hardener for epoxy resins based lacquers and coatings.

Corrostain™ 228 features a unique pigment chemistry which combines the dual functionality of Corrosion Inhibition and Tannin Stain Inhibition. This dual functionality aids in the reduction of raw material inventories and also provides effective inhibitor formulations. It is designed to provide good stability and performance in both solvent and water based systems. Typical use level is between 2 - 6% based upon total formula weight.
