EBECRYL® 4150 is an undiluted isocyanate functional urethane acrylate designed for use in two component dual cure systems for coatings on wood, plastic and metal.

EBECRYL® 3500 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate that exhibits relatively low viscosity, outstanding performance in many wood coating applications, and adhesion to many plastics. Films of EBECRYL® 3500 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) demonstrate good flexibility, high gloss, toughness, adhesion and superior chemical resistance.

CHROMASHINE® OR20-X is an aluminum compound used as a metallic effect pigment.

PURMOL™ 4ST is a sodium (Na) type A zeolite with a pore size of approximately 4 Angstroms (0.4 nm). PURMOL™ 4ST is recommended for use with high quality coatings. In general, we recommend the addition of 2.5% - 5% Purmol powder to the polyol component. This must be stirred thoroughly for a minimum of two hours to allow the Purmol to adsorb all the water before addition of the isocyanate. With metal dust coatings we recommend the addition of 0.5% - 2% PURMOL™ 4ST powder.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0461 is a binder and resin used in waterborne adhesives for adhesives and sealants.

EBECRYL® 1290 is a hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that exhibits very fast cure response when exposed to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films of EBECRYL® 1290 demonstrate outstanding hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

TMPTA is a widely used reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and inks. It imparts crosslinking to the cured polymer providing hardness and chemical resistance.

CYMEL® U-21-510 Resin is a partially n-butylated urea resin supplied in a mixture of n-butanol and xylene. It has excellent compatibility with epoxy resins. It is recommended in primer formulations which are to be topcoated and re-baked. Low viscosity and epoxy solution compatibility make this product an ideal modifier.

REAFREE® 8597-T is a saturated carboxylated polyester for combination with b-Hydroxyalkylamide type hardeners. Suitable for the formulation of outdoor durable and protective tribochargeable thermosetting powders for electrostatic application. For high gloss systems with improved flow and degassing properties. Gas oven stabilised. TMA free type.

AP5450 is a low viscosity modified Poly amido-amine adduct curing agent for epoxy resin based lacquers and coatings.

Polycin® 53 is a 100% solids, multifunctional castor oil-based derivative designed for use as a polyol or reactive diluent in polyurethane systems. It will impart flexibility and improved pigment wetting into many polyurethane systems. Polycin® 53, as a reactive diluent, will allow for VOC reduction while imparting the beneficial properties of castor oil derivatives, such as improved flow and leveling.

AP 5970 is a nonyl phenol free low viscosity modified aliphatic polyamine mannish hardener for epoxy resin based coatings. It has high reactivity low viscosity and excellent chemical resistance.

ALPATE 7670 NS is an aluminium paste with mineral spirit and naphtha solvents.

Toyal TCR3040 is used in paints and coatings markets and functions as a pigment. It features circulation stability and non-leafing properties.
