D.E.R.® 3212 liquid epoxy resin is a reactive product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol a modified with and aromatic mono-functional reactive diluent.

ZINC OXIDE GRADE 500 is a brilliant white powder manufactured by the French (Indirect) Process. Grade 500 is a popular general use high quality lower lead (Pb) zinc oxide. Grade 500 meets GMP 21CFR110, is USFDA approved as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) at 21cfr182.8991 and is authorized by the USFDA for use wherever GRAS is approved including food contact in rubber, plastics, and coatings. ZINC OXIDE GRADE 500 is also meets the requirements of ASTM specification D79, 2000/53/EC End of Life Vehicles (ELV Directive), 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) for heavy metals and Waste Electrical and Electronic Directive (WEEE), and other regulations where high quality zinc oxide is required. The product is also available in pelleted form (grade 500P), and with around up to 0.1% processing aid/surface treatment (grade 500T) for some rubber mixers.

EBECRYL® 152 functions as a monomer in CASE ingredients and is used in radiation cure applications.

Staybelite® Ester 5 rosin is the glycerol ester of partially hydrogenated gum rosin, specially processed for superior taste and odour characteristics. It is a pale, thermoplastic rosin with excellent resistance to oxidation and discoloration. Its principal use is in chewing gum bases where it imparts masticatory properties in combination with polymers and other ingredients. The oxidation resistance of Staybelite Ester 5 resin helps finished chewing gums retain chewability, consistency and flavour throughout their shelf lives.

Platamid® M 1657 is a standard thermoplastic co-polyamide hot melt adhesive available in pellet form. This very low melt viscosity, fast re- crystallizing grade is particularly suitable for manufacturing webs, nets, mono- and multi-filaments.

PARALOID™ AU-608S Resin are acrylic polyols specifically designed to produce hard, resistant, durable coatings when reacted with aliphatic isocyanates. D.E.R.® 663U Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 663U Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight, solid epoxy resin developed mainly for use in powder coatings. It can be incorporated in both pure epoxy and epoxy/polyester systems where the relationship between its melt viscosity and softening point properties ensures the production of homogeneous powders with good gloss, excellent flexibility and smoothness, and good storage stability. D.E.R.®. 663U Resin can also be used in epoxy ester applications, for example, in industrial or automotive coatings.

MAINCOTE™ HG-56 is an aqueous emulsion designed as a binder for maintenance coatings. While it is compositionally similar to MAINCOTE™ HG-54D Acrylic Resin, its somewhat larger particle size mandates that it be formulated in a different manner. The formulator should pay particular attention to the guidelines in this brochure.

D.E.R.® 333 is a highly reactive liquid resin intermediate of the epichlorohydrin-bisphenol a type diluted by xylene.

Non-Leafing Type Aluminium Paste TZ-788A is a chemical mixture with non-leafing properties used in case ingredient applications.

D.E.R.® 6510-HT has been developed for high-performance, fusion bonded epoxy coatings withstanding high operating temperatures. This resin also offers excellent chemical and corrosion resistance coupled with the outstanding heat performance. D.E.R.® 6510-HT solid epoxy resin is a 2-functional epoxy resin which has been chemically modified to allow fusion bonded powder coating formulations to withstand operating temperatures up to 160 °C. D.E.R.® 6510-HT solid epoxy resin enables fusion bonded binder systems to achieve an optimized balance of properties using commonly available, commercial crosslinkers and normal processing conditions. D.E.R.® 6510-HTsolid epoxy resin can be used in combination with standard and modified bisphenol A and novolac epoxy resins. This will help formulators to develop a powder coating system with the right balance of thermal and mechanical properties while still providing good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.
