ACRYSOL™ RM-7 Rheology Modifier is a remarkably versatile hydrophobically modified alkali-soluble emulsion (HASE) thickening agent for latex coatings. Like other HASE modifiers, ACRYSOL™ RM-7 Rheology Modifier offers a nearly Newtonian rheology profile with lower viscosity in low-shear conditions and higher viscosity in high-shear conditions than cellulosic thickeners deliver. As a result, it can produce paints with a very desirable combination of good flow/leveling and film build properties. ACRYSOL™ RM-7 Rheology Modifier is distinguished by a capacity to generate high-shear viscosity very efficiently, a feature that makes it exceptionally well suited to use with all acrylic emulsions, being developed for low-VOC, non flat waterborne paints.

Bayferrox® TP 5278 is a single-ingredient inorganic pigment, known as Iron Oxide Red. It belongs to the iron oxides chemical family. It is categorized as Pigment Red 101.

Dynasylan® 1175 is a cationic polymeric aminofunctional silane possessing hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® 1175 to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter and as a surface modifier. Dynasylan® 1175 is a dark yellow to brown liquid. Dynasylan® 1175 contains 40% active ingredient and about 60% of methanol. Dynasylan® 1175 is miscible with water, with hydrolysis occurring.

ORGASOL® 1002 D NAT 1 is an ultrafine powder of polyamide 6 with a narrow particle size distribution and nearly round particle shape.

HP7031 Coconut Alkyd is a short oil alkyd resin dissolved in xylene that uses coconut oil to produce a resin with initial low colour and little or no yellowing on aging.

Pentalyn® FC is used in coatings for paper coating and water-reducible paints, in industrial additives for wax emulsions, and in ink & toner applications for flexography ink and waterborne ink. It features acid functionality, excellent adhesion, block resistance, solubility, fast solvent release, good hardness, thermoplastic properties, high gloss, and a high softening point. It functions as an adhesion promoter, binder & resin, coupling agent, and gloss enhancer in CASE ingredients, and as a resin in industrial additives.

SURFYNOL® MD-20 is a very compatible molecular defoamer based on Gemini surfactant technology. Freeof siliconeand silica. Offers additional dynamic wetting properties.

ACEMATT® 790 is an untreated, medium particle sized precipitated silica. It is especially recommended for coil coatings, as well as general industrial coatings.

D.E.N.® 440 is a high functional epoxy novolac resin.

EBECRYL® 8213 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate with 70% solid content diluted in butyl acetate. EBECRYL® 8213 exhibits good yellowing resistance and very good outdoor resistance. Furthermore this resin provides very good adhesion onto aluminium-based vacuum metallization layer and most metallic basecoats for plastic coating.

TEGO® Rad 2300 is an efficient non-foaming, radically cross-linkable substrate wetting and slip additive. Recommended even for high shear applications and the wetting of low energy substrates including fresh litho inks.

D.E.H.® 598B is used as a curing agent for epoxy resins for rapid-set and low temperatures cure systems with high gloss and high strength. It results in a non-blushing product and has good water spot resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It can also be used as an accelerator for other hardeners in coatings and civil engineering applications.

EPOLENE® DE-84P is an oxidized high density low molecular weight polyethylene powder with exceptional hardness and low color used in PVC lubrication and emulsifiable applications. This material provides excellent lubrication for rigid PVC processing, providing an anti-sticking effect and efficient die lubrication. EPOLENE® DE-84P polymer has high thermal stability and tolerates higher processing temperatures without die build-up. It performs well in high-speed buffable floor finish emulsions, and provides excellent scuff and rub resistance for inks and coating applications.
