AEROSIL® R 974 Silicas is a hydrophobic fumed silica aftertreated with DDS (Dimethyldichlorosilane) based on a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

TEGO® Glide 435 shows good slip effect and substrate wetting without stabilizing foam. It is highly recommended for radiation-curable coatings.

AEROSIL® R 805 Coating is a fumed silica after-treated with organosilane. It providesutmost transparency.

CRAYVALLAC® PC is a micronised hydrogenated castor oil derivative surface enhancing additive for powder coatings based on PRIMID, hybrid and TGIC technologies. CRAYVALLAC® PC is easily incorporated using conventional pre-mixing techniques prior to extrusion. The use of CRAYVALLAC® PC leads to a substantial improvement in the appearance of the final cured powder coating. This improvement is due to CRAYVALLAC® PC enhancing the flow, levelling and degassing processes during cure. This is the result of CRAYVALLAC® PC greatly reducing the melt viscosity during this critical levelling stage in the cure cycle. This viscosity reduction also enhances the performance of other additives such as acrylic levelling agents and the degassing agent benzoin. CRAYVALLAC® PC works well in both clear and pigmented powder coating systems based on PRIMID, Hybrid and TGIC technologies.

SURFYNOL® SEis a multi-functional additive that combines excellent wetting properties with very good foam control in water borne coatings and inks. It is a self-emulsified surfactant that provides ease of incorporation.

AEROSIL® R 974 Coating is a hydrophobicfumed silica after-treated with DDS (dimethyldichlorosilane).

TEGO® Powder AID F05 is a hydrophobic fumed silica. It provides good free flow ability for powder coatings.

AEROSIL® R 812 Coating is a fumed silica after-treated with organosilane (HDMDS) with high specific surface and marked hydrophobia.

TEGO® Glide B 1484 combines flow promotion with deaerating properties in solvent-free and solvent-borne coatings. It supports orientation of matting agents.

COPRO® SP-591 is an alkali swellable acrylic emulsion polymer.

AEROSIL® 300 Coating is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 300 m²/g. It provides a very strong rheological effect.

ACRYSOL™ RM-3000 Rheology Modifier offers a viscosity versus shear rate profile that is highly Newtonian. This characteristic makes it very useful for building ICI, particularly in high volume solids and/or small particle size latex formulations. The ICI efficiency of ACRYSOL™ RM-3000Rheology Modifier is greater than that of ACRYSOL™ RM-3000 Rheology Modifier, but less than ACRYSOL™ RM-3000 The Newtonian rheology that ACRYSOL™ RM-3000 offers is particularly useful for obtaining excellent flow in high-ICI formulations. ACRYSOL™ RM-3000 Rheology Modifier is of the nonionic, hydrophobically-modified ethylene-oxide urethane (HEUR) type, and is manufactured without the use of solvents or APEO surfactants.

AEROSIL® R 972 V Coating is a densified hydrophobic fumed silica, aftertreated with DDS (Dimethyldichlorosilane). Due to the densification it shows a weaker rheological effect than AEROSIL® R 972.

AEROSIL® R 974 W Coating is a hydrophobic fumed silica after-treated with DDS (Dimethyldichlorosilane) based on a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g. The product thickening efficiency of AEROSIL® R 974 W Coating ex RHE is consistent with the Waterford-produced AEROSIL® R 974. This profile is different than the thickening profile of standard RHE quality.
