EBECRYL® 1871 is a hexafunctional polyester acrylate oligomer that provides high reactivity and the proper ink-water balance necessary for good lithographic printing. Lithographic inks based on EBECRYL® 1871 display excellent rheological properties ensuring good ink transfer from the printing plate to the blanket and then to the substrate, combined with good dot definition. EBECRYL® 1871 has been specifically developed to formulate low migration UV/EB curable inks for indirect food contact applications.

EBECRYL® 3701 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. EBECRYL® 3701 imparts flexibility and toughness to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks while maintaining such desirable properties as fast cure response and superior chemical resistance that are typical of standard epoxy acrylates.

EBECRYL® 846 functions as a binder and resin in CASE ingredients. It belongs to the polyester acrylates and polyesters chemical families.

EBECRYL® 870 is a fatty acid modified polyester hexaacrylate. Because of the special structure of the backbone and the high acrylic functionality, EBECRYL® 870 provides the proper hydrophilic-lipophilic balance necessary for lithography, and high reactivity when cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or an electron beam (EB). Lithographic inks based on EBECRYL® 870 will also display outstanding printing qualities, including excellent ink transfer, good dot definition and proper tack and rheological properties.

EBECRYL® 657 is a polyester tetraacrylate developed specifically for ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) cured lithographic ink formulations. EBECRYL 657 provides the proper hydrophilic-lipophilic balance necessary for lithography, good pigment wetting, and low misting. It can be blended with epoxy acrylates or EBECRYL 436 or EBECRYL 438 to increase cure speed.
