Additin® RC 4211 is a barium-free corrosion inhibitor used in greases and metalworking fluids. It is compatible with metal substrates and provides corrosion inhibition, hydrophobic properties, low odor, non-staining characteristics, and thixotropic behavior. It is suitable for use in cutting oils, greases, metalworking fluids, and rust preventive oils.

PC 1644™ Defoamer is a 40 % solution of an acrylic polymer in a petroleum solvent. It was developed to offer improved defoaming performance versus PC- 1244 in non-aqueous organic fluids. PC 1644™ Defoamer is a general purpose defoamer which offers superior foam control at low use levels, generally 10 to 20 % lower use level versus PC-1244. PC 1644™ Defoamer is silicone-free and exhibits very low odor. PC-1644 defoamer applications include usage in gear oils, specialty lubricants, and shock absorber, hydraulic, turbine or transmission oils. Typical use levels of the solutions range from 50 - 500 ppm (20 - 200 ppm active polymer). The optimum level is dependent upon the nature of the oil and it is therefore necessary to run a concentration profile for each oil. The defoamer is most typically employed at 200 - 250 ppm of solution (80 - 100 ppm active polymer).

CARPOL® NIONIC™ P2000 Polyglycol is a linear polymer produced by the polymerization of propylene oxide with propylene glycol. The CARPOL® NIONIC™ P2000 Polyglycol nomenclature indicates a propylene oxide based product with a molecular weight of 2000. It is a clear, viscous liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. It exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in synthetic lubricant applications. It is suitable as an antifoam agent in latex formulations, pulp and paper processing, emulsion paints, and various food processes.

Hybase® M-401 is a general purpose 400 TBN oil soluble overbased magnesium sulfonate. It is typically used as a detergent and rust inhibitor in crankcase lubricants.

Focus Ester PE 2050 is a water-soluble phosphorous extreme pressure additive. Focus Ester PE 2050 is a polyalkylene glycol-based phosphate ester that is supplied in its free acid form. It does not need to be neutralized in order to be soluble in water. Focus Ester PE 2050 has outstanding hydrolytic stability with very low foam levels.

Hybase® S-220 is a 220 TBN, oil soluble premium hybrid overbased calcium salicylate with a high soap content. Hybase® S-220 is typically used as a corrosion inhibitor in lubricants. It also has excellent detergency, wear and friction properties.

Durad® 110 is a triaryl phosphates are widely known as effective, ashless antiwear and mild extreme pressure additives for lubricants and functional fluids. The primary function of triaryl phosphates is to reduce friction and wear in applications where high loads cause boundary lubrication conditions. The Durad product line offers the broadest range of physical and performance properties tailored for specific applications. Isopropylphenyl phosphates are one of several families of products in the lubricant additives product range. Other additives families include trialkyl phosphates, t-butylphenyl phosphates and cresol- and xylenol phosphates.

SpectraSyn Plus™ 6 provide an optimal combination of volatility and low-temperature fluidity. SpectraSyn Plus™ 6 Advanced PAO products viscosity indices translate into improved flow at low temperatures and increased film thickness at high temperatures. SpectraSyn Plus™ 6 Advanced PAO provide superior lubrication as the primary basestocks for synthetic lubricants used in passenger car engines, heavy-duty diesel engines, transmissions, and a variety of industrial applications. SpectraSyn Plus™ 6 Advanced PAO can be used for upgrading mineral oil or Group III basestocks for improved low temperature and volatility performance.

Focus Polysyn 100 is a water-dispersible metalworking additive, designed for use in water emulsions and semi- synthetic fluids. Focus Polysyn 100 is derived primarily from vegetable oil and provides outstanding lubrication properties.

Bioban® P-1487 Antimicrobial is a compound in the morpholines chemical family. It is compatible with polymers and resins such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). This antimicrobial agent is used in metalworking fluids, including die cast lubricants, metalworking fluids, and straight oil metalworking fluids. It is also used in industrial additives like mold release agents.

POLYGLYKOL D 21/700 is a solvent used in metal processing, heat transfer fluids, and metalworking fluids. It functions as a base stock and oil, lubricating agent, and defoamer in food ingredients, and as a deformer, lubricant, and solvent in industrial additives.

Superior Graphite 2924 is a purified flake product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes the flake graphite to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite 2924 is medium-fine size grade of the ‘Thermally Purified Flake’ product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology. Main uses are increase in thermal and electrical conductivity, coefficient of Friction reduction, wear reduction in high demanding applications.

Additin® RC 5007 is a single-ingredient polyalkylene glycol (PAG) used as a lubricity additive and anti-foaming agent in industrial oils, metalworking fluids, and drilling fluids. It provides excellent lubricity and is resistant to foaming, making it suitable for synthetic metalworking fluids and drilling applications.

PETRONATE® HH Sodium Sulfonate is an all natural high molecular weight first intent sodium sulfonate. It is recommended for use in soluble oils and semi-synthetic fluids to impart all of the benefits of natural sodium sulfonate and exhibits improved corrosion protection properties compared to commercially available synthetic products. PETRONATE® HH Sodium Sulfonate possesses the inherent corrosion protection characteristics expected from an all natural high molecular weight sodium sulfonate. Nominal dosages would range from 1.0 to 10.0 wt. % of the finished soluble oil or semi-synthetic fluid.
