Focus InhibitR 825 is an outstanding non-emulsifiable, non-staining rust preventive additive with excellent water displacing properties. This calcium-based product is miscible with most oils and solvents. When formulated with volatile solvents and/or oil, a rust inhibitor is formed that offers protection on ferrous materials in high humidity conditions Focus InhibitR 825 will also improve lubricity when formulated into a cutting oil.

Focus Ester PA 117 is a unique synthetic polymerized ester designed to boost performance and enhance finish in severe metalworking applications. Focus Ester PA 117 is oil-soluble, but can be used to make high performance soluble oil and semi-synthetic machining coolants as well as drawing and stamping fluids. Focus Ester PA 117 has a molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. Hydrophobic moieties have been incorporated into the polymeric ester to improve its solubility properties in higher refined paraffinic oils. Focus Ester PA 117 is a branched-chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 117 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all boundary and EP additives, like phosphorous, sulfur, lard oil, blown oil and other fatty friction modifiers.

Focus Polysyn 100 is a water-dispersible metalworking additive, designed for use in water emulsions and semi- synthetic fluids. Focus Polysyn 100 is derived primarily from vegetable oil and provides outstanding lubrication properties.

Focus PAS 15 are light-colored, low odor, high molecular weight sulfurized additives. They are extreme pressure and lubricity additives, imparting outstanding metal removal while giving excellent lubrication properties to the finished fluid. They are inactive to copper at 100°C. They contain no chlorine or phosphorous.

Focus Ester OE 1505 is specially designed to use in water-dilutable metalworking coolants. Focus Ester OE 1505 will provide lubrication and corrosion protection with outstanding wetting characteristics. Using Focus Ester OE 1505 will reduce or eliminate the amount of additives needed in metalworking coolants, like chlorine, fatty acids and amides. Focus Ester OE 1505 does not contain any phosphorus, chlorine or sulfur and is ashless.

Focus Ester 603 a branched- chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. Focus Ester 603 can replace or enhance traditional fats, esters and extreme pressure friction modifiers.

It is a high molecular weight ester designed to offer the highest lubricity available and it has a molecular weight that gives it a perfect structure to replace chlorinated paraffins. Focus Ester PA 2500 is a branched-chain fatty acid, which offers the highest level of thermal and hydrolytic properties. Also, it is expected to be less susceptible to bacterial attack than conventional fatty esters. In addition to replacing chlorine, Focus Ester PA 2500 can be used to replace or reduce treat levels of all other EP additives, like phosphorous, inactive sulfur, active sulfur, lard oil, blow oil and other fatty friction modifiers. The product’s high viscosity and viscosity index provides high film strength making it an ideal additive for metal forming applications.
