Focus Ester OE 1505 can be formulated into emulsion systems like soluble oils and semi-synthetics. It is miscible in many different oils while simultaneously will disperse in water. Focus Ester OE 1505 is suitable for both metal removal and metal forming operations. Treatment levels of 1% to 15% into the concentrate are suggested, depending upon the severity of the machining operation. Focus Ester OE 1505 will replace fatty acids, amides, chlorine, inactive sulfur compounds, blown oils and other friction modifiers. Focus Ester OE 1505 is an excellent wetter and co-emulsifier, and adds to corrosion protection with cleaner coolant operations.
