SIPERNAT® 38 is a evonik specialty silicas for Defoamers have been devel- oped to facilitate the coalescing of foam bubbles. Our Defoamer silicas are highly effective for breaking foam bubbles, independent of the kid of foam, marco as well as micro foam. Evonik silicas for defoamers are created according to Evonik unique proprietary Controlled Func- tion Technology (CFT) manufacturing and milling process. They are designed to allow easy surface treatment in either Dry Roast or In-Situ processes. The resulting product yields efficiency for the majority of foam applications. SIPER- NAT® 38 Silicon Dioxide has a fine particle size of maxi- mum 4.5 micron, a very narrow particle size distribution, and is a micronized powder. It is the first choice for in-situ surface treatment to make the product hydrophobic. It can be used universally for all defoamers within a wide range of industries.

SIPERNAT® 320 DS is a highly dispersible silica powder with high surface area, commonly used in coatings, adhesives, and sealants. It improves rheology, reduces viscosity, and provides enhanced flow properties. It is widely used in industrial and consumer goods applications for improving the performance and consistency of the final product.

SIPERNAT® 22 S is a silica with a high absorption capacity used as a flow and anti­caking agent in many applications as well as a special­ purpose ingredient for mechanical graphic papers. In plant protection, this product is recommended as a carrier in solid formulations such as wettable powders (WP) and water- dispersible granules (WG) if grinding has to be avoided. SIPERNAT® represents a specific product range of precipitated silica, aluminium and calcium silicates.

SIPERNAT® 823 D provides solutions to improve the flow behavior and storage stability of powders with specialty engineered anti- caking and; free-flow agents and carriers. Moisture, pressure, temperature, static charge, fat and oil content all adversely affect the powdered and granulated products during production, processing, storage and customer use. They can make the products cake, lump, bridge, clog equipment and give you packaging and performance issues. Dynasylan® 6598 is an oligomeric siloxane containing vinyl, propyl and ethoxy groups. Dynasylan® 6598 is a further development of Dynasylan®VTMOEO, vinyl-tris(2-methoxy ethoxy)silane. Dynasylan® 6598 is a colorless, nearly odorless low-viscosity liquid. Dynasylan® 6598 is an excellent silane compatibiliser between inorganic fillers (e.g. kaolin, MDH, ATH) and organic polymers (EPDM, EVA, PE).

MARLOX® RT 42 is one of the many low-foaming EO/PO non-ionic surfactants produced by Sasol Chemicals in Germany. These alcohol alkoxylates are based on Sasol’s wide range of linear and semi-linear fatty alcohols. They are produced by alkoxylation of the fatty alcohols to varying degrees using ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. MARLOX RT 42 is a clear to slightly turbid liquid at room temperature and essentially 100% active.

CIMTALC® 7 is produced from high purity ore, which provide low iron content, low surface area and excellent color in dry form as well as when incorporated with resins. CIMTALC® 7 is primarily used in performance polypropylene, where improved tensile strength, flexural modulus, heat distortion temperature, increased stiffness, reduced shrinkage, and lower compounding costs are required. CIMTALC® 7 is are platy, hydrophobic, non-abrasive and chemically inert.
