Energia® 360 is a conductive carbon black which is designed to deliver excellent conductivity in various thermoplastics such as PP, HIPS, PE, PS, PA and other rubber applications. The morphological properties of Energia 360 are balance such a way that it offers excellent conductivity and good processability. It is a very clean specialty carbon black to offer excellent product life. Along with excellent conductivity the other key performance attributes are low sulphur content, low ash content, ease of dispersion and low ionic impurities. CARPOL® GP-5015 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 5000 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 15% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-5015 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.
