D.E.R.® 6116 Solid Epoxy Resin is a standard, low molecular weight, solid epoxy resin which has been developed for use in powder coatings where it provides excellent flow in standard as well as in low temperature cure systems. D.E.R. 6116 Resin can be used in both epoxy and epoxy/polyester powder coating applications to improve mechanical and chemical resistance properties. D.E.R.® 6116 Solid Epoxy Resin offers, as standard, a lower epoxide equivalent weight and viscosity than D.E.R. 662E Solid Epoxy Resin. D.E.R.® 6116 Resin is suggested for use in applications in which D.E.R.® 662E Resin does not provide adequate flow.
