MAINCOTE™ AEH-10 is a waterborne dispersion of an acrylic-epoxy hybrid polymer designed for high performance two-component coatings useful in residential, commercial and industrial coatings applications. The unique acrylic-epoxy hybrid technology facilitates the formulation of low VOC coatings with long pot-life, fast dry and hardness development, and excellent durability properties including resistance to chemicals, solvents and weathering. Versatility in the selection of curing agent allows the formulation of coatings with a range of properties. MAINCOTE AEH-10 Resin is an epoxy-functional material that can be crosslinked with typical epoxy hardeners, including amine-based hardeners and acid-functional crosslinkers such as acrylic latexes. VANCRYL® 937 is a medium glass transition temperature acrylic emulsion for the graphic arts industry. Excellent gloss can be obtained by utilizing VANCRYL® 937 in inks and coatings. Its film formation properties, coupled with its rapid water release, result in very fast drying. It is suitable for both flexographic and gravure printing on paper substrates. VANCRYL® 937 has excellent compatibility with pigment dispersions and alcohols. Inks formulated with VANCRYL® 937 have good transfer, printability, and resolubility for high-quality printing on various paper substrates (including metalized paper) and aluminum foil. VANCRYL 937 can also be formulated as a high gloss OPV that will very quickly develop water, oil, and scuff resistance.

EBECRYL® 4250 is an undiluted isocyanate functional urethane acrylate designed for use as an adhesion promoter in UV/EB coatings and in two component dual cure systems for coatings on wood, plastic and metal.

RHOPLEX® VSR-5102C is a 100% acrylic binder engineered for low-VOC interior and exterior semi-gloss to flat coatings. RHOPLEX® VSR-5102C can be formulated with minimal or no coalescent. RHOPLEX® VSR-5102C provides an optimal balance of abrasive scrub resistance and stain removal, along with excellent exterior durability and dirt pick-up resistance. This facilitates the formulation of high-quality, low-VOC, and low-odor interior and exterior paints. RHOPLEX® VSR-5102C contains no intentionally added alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO) or per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

EBECRYL® LEO 10101 is a self-curing multifunctional acrylate enabling the UV curing of printing inks and coatings, not requiring additional photoinitiator, which reduces the risk of migration in indirect food contact applications. EBECRYL® LEO 10101 is specifically developed for making high reactive flexo inks with good flow and low migration. EBECRYL® LEO 10101 can be used for different colors also for white. It is recommended to use 20-30% EBECRYL® LEO 10101 in an ink or coating to reach a correct surface and through cure.
