BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A is one of a series of Henkel resin-bonded coatings designed to provide dry film lubrication and release in a variety of industrial and consumer applications. A flexible, water- based coating specially designed for flexible substrates, BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A is a resin-bonded PTFE lubricant that prevents binding, seizing, sticking, and tearing of rubber and plastic parts during production and assembly. BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A provides a clean dry film that protects substrates from oil, alcohol, gasoline, some inorganic acids, abrasive substances, dirt, and contaminants for longer wear life and reduced maintenance. BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A is an ideal low-friction coating for substrates where operational flexibility is a major consideration. BONDERITE S-FN TM-001A (known as EMRALON TM-001A) can easily be tinted with a variety of color pigments for easy identification of parts.

D.E.H.® 1501 Epoxy Curing Agent is a formulated polyaminoamide based curing agent for epoxy resins. The product contains no VOC according to the European Directive 2004/42/EC and no alkyl phenol.

ORGASOL® 2002 D NAT 1 is a spheroïdal powder of polyamide 12, with 20 um as average diameter and a narrow particle size distribution. An extremely high level of quality is achieved thanks to our rigorous control of particle size distribution, providing excellent consistency in performance.

NYONOL™ LP-165 is a water insoluble polyalkene glycol (PAG). It is a clear liquid at room temperature with a low vapor pressure. NYONOL™ LP-165 exhibits excellent lubricity and can be used in various industrial lubricating applications.

ACRYSOL™ G-111 is an ammonia neutralized poly-acrylate solution polymer recommended for thickening and stabilizing water based synthetic and natural latexes. It produces thickened latexes of a smooth and consistent texture and is insensitive to sodium, calcium, and magnesium ions.

CARPOL® GP-725 is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 700 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart CARPOL® GP-700. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-725 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and applications.

AP 5996 is a low viscosity, reactive modified cycloaliphatic amine hardener for epoxy resin based lacquers and coatings.

HIKOREZ® C-1100 is pale yellow thermoplastic resin obtained from polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic olefins and diolefins derived from the process of thermal cracking of naphtha. The major usages are tackifier for pressure sensitive adhesive, binder for hot melt road marking and rubber compounding agent for tires, tubes, rubber coated clothes and etc. And, this grade shows reinforced adhesive strength in the pressure sensitive adhesives because of its higher molecular weight compared to HIKOREZ® A-1100.

Tekspro® 7351 is an anionic aliphatic polyester-polyurethane dispersion which can be used as textile printing on substrate of high elastic clothes, spandex, polyester and other high-grade fabric. It is also can be used as shoes printing. Biocide: CMIT/MIT 3:1 49ppm and MIT 100ppm.

ORGASOL® 3502 D NAT 1 is an ultrafine powder of copolyamide 6/12, with a narrow particle size distribution and nearly round particle shape.

Focus Base PS 36 is a soluble oil emulsifier package, free of tall oil and its derivatives, that has been designed for use in both naphthenic and paraffinic oils. Focus Base PS 36 is formulated with a primary emulsion system consisting of both sodium sulfonate and succinic anhydride which gives improved performance in hard water stability and good rust protection with cleanliness. Focus Base PS 36 also features high free alkalinity which boosts rust protection and increases bacterial control, and lower viscosity than competitive fluids making it easier to handle. Focus Base PS 36 does not contain chlorine, free sulfur, nitrites, phenols, or heavy metals all while being free of tall oil and its derivatives. Focus Base PS 36 was formulated to perform well at low temperatures with special focus on the bloom properties of this fluid as well as freeze-thaw stability.

PURETOL™ 19 is a white mineral oil used in food and nutrition, healthcare and pharma, and personal care applications.

CEAMBLOOM WD 3111 is a carrageenan based product, standardized to obtain a uniform performance. Carrageenan is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweed of the Rhodophyceae class.
