This product is specially developed for the production of water desserts.
Preparation:
Pour the powder (previously blended with other dry ingredients) into the water or milk while stirring quickly. Continue stirring until fully dispersed. Heat the mixture until complete dissolution occurs (70–80°C). Do not pour the liquid over the powder.
