BONDERITE® S-FN 329 ACHESON is a fast-drying, resin bonded, fluorocarbon dry film lubricant capable of coating wood, metal, rubber, plastic, and glass substrates. It is designed for low-friction, light load, repetitive stresses. Moving parts wear longer, work harder, and need less maintenance when coated with this product. BONDERITE® S-FN 329 ACHESON cures at room temperature, allowing application where conventional sintered PTFE coatings cannot be considered. The coefficient of friction (static) when the coating is properly applied ranges from 0.06 to 0.09. A coating thickness of 0.0002 to 0.0007 inches (0.0051 to 0.0178 millimeters) generally provides the optimum low friction properties. BONDERITE® S-FN 329 ACHESON is a liquid concentrate that can be diluted according to need. Although Emralon® products are not specifically designed as protective coatings, they do offer moderate resistance to chemicals.

Exolit® RP 614 presscake is a fine brown-red powder with a water content of 10-25%, based on a highly stabilized, microencapsulated grade of red phosphorus. This allows a safe and simple handling of the red phosphorus in a presscake form, and avoids the hazards associated when working with dry red phosphorus powders. Exolit RP 614 Presscake is noted for its high oxidation and thermal stability. It is insoluble in water and organic solvents. Due to the combination of stabilization and microencapsulation, the material is mostly inert against atmospheric influences.

AEROSIL® R 8200 is a structure modified with hexamethyldisilazane aftertreated fumed silica.

H.B. Fuller® PD-8081-H is a binder and resin used in waterborne adhesives for adhesives and sealants markets.

EBECRYL® 117 is a low odor aliphatic mono-functional diluting acrylate. It is recommended for use in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable coatings to increase flexibility and improve adhesion.

EBECRYL® 50 provides fast cure response in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks. Besides its high reactivity, EBECRYL® 50 improves the hardness and solvent resistance of cured coatings and inks. EBECRYL® 50 is particularly useful in offset inks, flexo inks and overprint varnishes.
