EBECRYL® 524 is an acid-modified polyester resin diluted 30% by weight with the reactive diluent 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA). It exhibits very low color and moderate acid value. EBECRYL 524 is used as the primary or modifying oligomer in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations to increase adhesion to a variety of substrates including paper, plastics and metal. It is particularly useful in UV/EB laminating adhesives.

EBECRYL® 445 is a reactive chlorinated polyester resin diluted 40% with the reactive diluent trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA)(1). EBECRYL 445 is not based on bisphenol A raw materials, and is tin-free. EBECRYL 445 exhibits good lithographic behavior and pigment wetting properties, and fast cure response in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. Cured films of EBECRYL 445 display good adhesion to metals, and paper.

HP7622 is a high solids, water-reducible polyester dissolved in glycol ether EB (butoxyethanol). It is soluble in water after neutralization with amine. CRYSTIC® 199 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high performance applications, such as the aircraft industry, where superior thermal and electrical properties are required. Fully cured laminates made with Crystic® 199 have excellent chemical and heat resistance. They can withstand long periods (1 year) at temperatures up to 150°C, and shorter periods at temperatures up to 200°C, with no serious loss of properties.
