OREVAC® 18750 is a maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene.

CRAYVALLAC® WW-1001 is a 40% active dispersion of polyethylene wax in water. The low viscosity and high active content of this dispersion, together with freedom from dust, assist the efficiency of manufacturing processes. CRAYVALLAC® WW-1001 provides the formulator with the means of controlling the frictional characteristics of a coating as well as enhancing its surface protection properties.

CRAYVALLAC® 60X is used in epoxies (EP) and vinyls. It is applied in anti-fouling coatings, chlorinated rubber coatings, primers, and solventborne coatings. The product provides anticaking, recoatability, and sag resistance.

LOTADER® 4700 is a random ethylene-ethyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer. Acrylic ester brings softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. The high content of acrylic ester leads to high flexibility (low-crystallinity) and high impact absorption behavior. Maleic anhydride provides reactivity (towards OH and NH2 groups), leading to optimal dispersion during melt mixing with engineering thermoplastics. LOTADER® 4700 is suitable as modifier to improve the impact strength of polyamides (PA6, PA66, PA12...). It can also be used as a compatibiliser for polyamides/polyolefins blends.

PRIMACOR™ XUS60756.24L is an ethylene acrylic acid copolymer suitable for cast, extrusion coating and hot melt applications .It has excellent adhesion to metallic, cellulosic, glass, fabric and other substrates.

The low viscosity and high active content of this dispersion, together with freedom from dust, assist the efficiency of manufacturing processes. CRAYVALLAC® WS-4700 provides the formulator with the means of controlling the frictional characteristics of a coating as well as enhancing its surface protection properties.

CRAYVALLAC® WW-9500 is a 35% active dispersion of modified polypropylene wax in water.The low viscosity and high active content of this dispersion together with freedom from dust assist the efficiency of manufacturing processes.CRAYVALLAC® WW-9500 provides the formulator with the means of controlling the frictional characteristics of a coating as well as enhancing its surface protection properties.It also retards the settlement of pigments and assists in their redispersion.

EPOLENE® DE-84P is an oxidized high density low molecular weight polyethylene powder with exceptional hardness and low color used in PVC lubrication and emulsifiable applications. This material provides excellent lubrication for rigid PVC processing, providing an anti-sticking effect and efficient die lubrication. EPOLENE® DE-84P polymer has high thermal stability and tolerates higher processing temperatures without die build-up. It performs well in high-speed buffable floor finish emulsions, and provides excellent scuff and rub resistance for inks and coating applications.

OREVAC® 18790 is a maleic anhydride modified polypropylene. It is available in pellet form for use in conventional extrusion and coextrusion equipment designed to process polyolefin.

Baeropol® RST 92D SP is an antioxidant stabilizer synergist. High bulk density, free flowing prills.

CRAYVALLAC® 60P is a solid powder wax consisting of fine particles of oxidized polyethylene recommended to prevent irreversible hard settling. The fine nature of this dispersion means that CRAYVALLAC® 60P is easily incorporated and activated in coating systems. It is mainly used in industrial and maintenance coatings where its primary function is to provide pigment suspension without any increase in the apparent viscosity. CRAYVALLAC® 60P can generally be used in most solvent-based formulations. Typical applications are epoxy primers, vinyl primers, anti-fouling paints, road marking paints and chlorinated rubber coatings.

OREVAC® 18380 is a maleic anhydride modified LLDPE designed for the coextrusion of multilayer barrier structures providing outstanding adhesion between the layers.

CRAYVALLAC® WN-1495 is a matting agent for use in inks and liquid coatings while enhancing surface properties such as scratch and abrasion resistance. Its fine particle size distribution is providing enhanced performance and ease of incorporation.

CRAYVALLAC® WN-3025 is a finely micronized hard polyethylene wax. CRAYVALLAC® WN-3025, with its well-balanced performance properties, is of particular interest to the ink formulator. Here it provides an excellent balance between high rub resistance and good slip, yet with minimal detraction from gloss.
