Strontium Chromate 177 with the chemical formula of SrCr04, is a low dust and very low oil absorption corrosion inhibitor pigment. It is recommended for high solids primer formulations. It is characterized by a unique high apparent bulk density and is widely used in aerospace primers for aluminum protection.

Strontium Chromate 175 with the chemical formula of SrCrO4, is the most effective and versatile corrosion inhibitor pigment available. Strontium Chromate 175 is a low dust, low oil absorption pigment compatible with aqueous or solvent borne paint systems and effective on all metals, such as steel, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. It is widely used in aerospace and coil primers. The Strontium Chromate 175 product offers a higher Fineness of Grind than Strontium Chromate 176.

Wayncor™ 224 is a white non-refractive, corrosion inhibitive pigment used in protective coatings systems. It is compatible with a wide assortment of commercially available resin systems. It can provide an economic alternative to standard grade zinc phosphate. Performance can vary depending upon choice of resin system, but in general the use level would be between 3 - 10% total formula weight.

Wayncor™ 205 is an anti corrosion pigment that utilizes a calcium ion exchange mechanism to inhibit the corrosion process. Its near neutral pH allows it to be used in a wide variety of formulas without a negative impact on paint stability. The fine Hegman grind (6.5 minimum) permits its use in thin film applications (4 - 10 microns) such as coil coatings and in more traditional industrial applications where the dry film thickness is higher. This fine Hegman value also allows the product to be high speed dispersed. The Wayncor™ 205 mechanism works well on both ferrous and non-ferrous substrates. Wayncor™ 205 can be used as the sole corrosion inhibitor or synergistically with other inhibitive technologies.

Waynflash™ 110 is a liquid flash rust inhibitor which contains sodium nitrite as part of its flash rust inhibition matrix. It is a highly effective inhibitor for the flash rusting on ferrous substrates (such as galvanized steel) during the aqueous paint phase. Typical used levels range from 0.25 - 1.0% max., based upon total formula weight. It is highly versatile and can be used in any water based systems. WaynflashTM 110 exhibits good paint stability and can be incorporated at any stage of paint manufacturing. It is both HAPS and APEO free.

Corrosperse™ 176A-100 70% is a 70% dispersion of Strontium Chromate in Aromatic 100. It has a Fineness of Grind (7 Hegman) which means no grinding is required and it can easily be incorporated using high speed mixing techniques. Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically respirable dust exposure.

Wayncor™ 229 is an effective multi-component, multi-phase synergistic corrosion inhibitor pigment. It is a chrome free product, and is compatible with all commercially available aqueous and solvent based resin systems. The recommended loading levels for water based systems and solvent based systems from 3 - 7% total formula weight.

Wayncor™ 211 is an anti-corrosion inhibitive pigment that is very effective in solvent and water based epoxy primers. It does not affect the pot life of 2K systems. It can also be used alone or as a synergist with Zinc Phosphate. Typical use level is between 3 - 7 % total formula weight.

It has a Fineness of Grind (7 Hegman) which means no grinding is required and it can easily be incorporated using high speed mixing techniques. Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically exposure to dust.

Wayncor™ 219 is a zinc aluminum orthophosphate hydrate. It is a free flowing white powder intended for the use in anti-corrosion primer applications. Its pH allows it to be formulated into a wide range of formulas but is particularly effective in solvent systems and water based epoxies. Typical use levels range between 2 - 7% total formula weight.

Corrosperse™ 176E is a 65% dispersion of Strontium Chromate in Glycol Ether EB. It has a Fineness of Grind (7 Hegman) which means no grinding is required and it can easily be incorporated using high speed mixing techniques. Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically exposure to dust.

Wayncor™ 226 is a premium multi-component corrosion inhibitor pigment that comprises distinctly different inhibitive species to provide a high degree of corrosion protection on ferrous substrates. Although versatile it is highly recommended for water based acrylic primers where a high degree of corrosion resistance is required. Typical use level is between 3 - 7% total formula weight.

Wayncor™ 222 is a white, non-refractive, anti-corrosive pigment used in protective coatings. It is widely considered by the coatings industry to be a standard corrosion inhibitor. It exhibits a high degree of versatility and is compatible with almost all commercially available aqueous and solvent based coatings. The use level will vary depending upon resin system, pigment volume concentration and desired performance parameters, however typical use levels are between 3 - 10% total formula weight.

Corrostain™ 228 features a unique pigment chemistry which combines the dual functionality of Corrosion Inhibition and Tannin Stain Inhibition. This dual functionality aids in the reduction of raw material inventories and also provides effective inhibitor formulations. It is designed to provide good stability and performance in both solvent and water based systems. Typical use level is between 2 - 6% based upon total formula weight.
