Protectosil® 100 is a clear, penetrating, breathable VOC compliant reactive penetrating sealer for use on concrete. Protectosil® 100 is an isobutylalkoxy functional silane allows for faster dry times and superior performance on high quality mix designs typical of new bridge decks. Creates a deep hydrophobic layer that prevents water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate and causing premature deterioration. By combining ultra-low surface tension with a tailored rate of reaction, Protectosil® 100 is able to move through the moisture boundary layer that lines the pore structure of the substrate. This permits the development of uniform gradient permeation - a consistent level of protection throughout the entire depth of penetration, allowing for longer treatment life, especially on wearing surfaces.

Protectosil® 100 N is a free-flowing, colorless, solvent-free liquid water repellent based on a monomeric silane, specially intended for the external waterproofing of mineral building materials. Protectosil® 100 N may be used as a concentrate to manufacture diluted products and formulations.

Protectosil® 100 SK is a high performance solvent-free ethoxy-functional oligomeric siloxane providing an excellent beading effect on mineral substrates, as well as outstanding water repellency.

Protectosil® 200N is an ultrapure, colorless, solvent-free liquid water repellent based on Isobutylalkoxysilane, intended for the external waterproofing of mineral building materials. The ultrapure material is quaranteed to not leave a residue on non-porcus substrates, such as glass or aluminum window framing. Protectosil® 200N chemically bonds with silaceous materials to form a permanent attachment of the water repellent molecule. Creates a deep hydrophobic layer which prevents water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate and causing premature detioration. Protectosil® 200N may be used as a concentrate or it can be diluted to manufacture other products and formulations.

Protectosil® ANTIGRAFFITI SP is used for surface treatment applications.

Protectosil® DRY CIT is used in building and construction for concrete modification. It is compatible with cement and concrete substrates and functions as a cement modifier, corrosion inhibitor, and surface protective agent in industrial additives.

Protectosil® SC CONCENTRATE is suited for an easy-to-clean reatment of many mineral substrates.

Protectosil® VPS WS 602 is an aqueous emulsion for the water repellent treatment of mineral porous materials. Essentially VOC free.

Protectosil® WB CONCENTRATE is a clear, penetrating, breathable water repellent for use on brick, concrete masonry units and some natural stones. A 100% concentrated alkyltrialkoxysilane which is intended to be diluted with water and provides the high performance traditionally associated with alcohol carried systems. Prevents water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate and causing premature deterioration. Protectosil® WB CONCENTRATE is especially suited for imparling water repellency to substrates such as brick masonry and split-face block. By preventing water and waterborne contaminants from entering the substrate, Protectosil® WB CONCENTRATE reduces such problems as efflorescence, leaching, acid rain deterioration, scaling, dirt buildup, staining and corrosion of reinforcing steel. Treated surfaces are fully breathable because the natural moisture vapor transmission is not affected. This will eliminate problems caused by entrapped moisture, including blushing of the sealer and freeze-thaw damage to the masonry.

Protectosil® WS 410 is an aqueous emulsion based on organofunctional silanes for the water repellent impregnation of absorbent, mineral substrates.

Protectosil® WS 602 is an aqueous emulsion for the water repellent treatment of mineral porous materials, especially facades. Essentially VOC free.

Protectosil® WS 610 is an organofunctional siloxane based waterborne emulsion with almost no volatile organic components (VOC). Protectosil® WS 610 is used for water proofing of mineral building materials. The main application is facade impregnation creating a water beading effect at the surface. Protectosil® WS 610 reduces the ingress of water and waterborne contaminants into the substrate and thereby prevents premature deterioration. Protectosil® WS 610 chemically bonds with silica to form a permanent attachment of water repellent molecules while also providing an excellent beading effect on the surface. Protectosil® WS 610 is supplied as a 50% water-borne emulsion. It is mainly used to manufacture formulations with lower concentration of active ingredient in water.

Protectosil® WS 670 is aqueous emulsion based on organofunctional silanes for the water repellent impregnation of porous, mineral substrates.

Protectosil® WS 808 is an oligomeric propyl siliconate/silicate concentrate as water-repellent and consolidant for mineral substrates.
