ROYALE BLACK®

ROYALE BLACK® PP802S is a specialty black designed for film and pipe applications. Morphological properties of PP802S are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of dispersibility, dilutability, and color strength.

ROYALE BLACK® PI109 is a low-structure beaded specialty black. Its low structure and dispersion ability make this product the best-optimized product between color, viscosity, and blue undertone in a variety of ink applications. It is available in soft bead form.

ROYALE BLACK® PP803K is primarily designed for all kind of film applications meeting stringent requirements of film dispersion. It has moderate jetness and low particle size to give adequate opacity and UV resistance.

ROYALE BLACK® PC501 is a cost-effective black for semicon applications. It is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black designed for use in semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. ROYALE BLACK® PC501 contains very low sulphur and low ash which improves cable life. It provides good surface smoothness and strippability in the semiconductive compound. Very low sieve residue and ash content of ROYALE BLACK® PC501 prevent washout of any ionisable material which results in initiation of electrical degradation site. ROYALE BLACK® PC501 has very low sulphur content so that it does not react with polymers in the presence of electrical stresses, thereby increasing cable life.

ROYALE BLACK® PC502 has been developed for fully bonded and strippable shield compound for power cable applications. ROYALE BLACK® PC502 is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black designed for use in semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. ROYALE BLACK® PC502 contains very low sulphur and low ash which improves cable life. It provides good surface smoothness and dispersibility in the semi-conductive compound.

ROYALE BLACK® PP1201 is a cost-efficient black for coloration and covering power in a variety of applications, such as thinner multilayer films, engineering plastics, pipes and drip laterals where particle size of <25 nm is mandatory. It has very low filterability index (Delta P) and is also suitable for coarser fibre applications. ROYALE BLACK® PP1201 is a beaded black and filled masterbatch that has good absorption, good color, strength and good covering power. This product is commonly used where good weathering resistance and opacity is required. The dispersibilty of ROYALE BLACK® PP1201 depends on the equipment used and the formulation.

ROYALE BLACK® PP805 is a general purpose low color pigment black suitable for a broad range of tinting and less demanding weathering applications. Its morphology enables relatively high loadings in the masterbatches lowering formulation cost. ROYALE BLACK® PP805, selective production process is designed to achieve a good level of filterability even at high loadings. Due to its relatively larger particle size, PP805 is an easy to disperse carbon black. ROYALE BLACK® PP805 is recommended as opacifying agent for film applications requiring low weatherability, for smooth surface utility pipes, injection moulded goods, and recommended for irrigation pipe application. ROYALE BLACK® PP805 is also recommended as tinting colorant for various water base and solvent base paint applications.

ROYALE BLACK® PP802F is a High Purity Furnace Black that meets the below purity requirements of US FDA 21 CFR 178.3297.PP802F specialty carbon black can be used in various food contact applications where US FDA requirements are needed. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F also complies with other regional food contact legislation such as European Union EC 10/2011, Japan, and China. ROYALE BLACK® PP802F exhibits good jetness and blue undertone with excellent dispersability and masterbatch dilutability for various food contact applications.

ROYALE BLACK® P8242 exhibits good processability and offers a good balance between cost and performance for applications requiring medium to high opacity and weatherability. It can be used for thicker multilayer films, pipes and drip laterals.

ROYALE BLACK® PP131 is specially developed for plastics applications typically for PE, PP, PVC, EVA, PA6 and PA66 compounds for automotive, electronic, home appliance, footwear and film applications. Morphological properties of ROYALE BLACK® PP131 are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of dispersibility and color strength and it offers very good UV protection and smooth surface finish. It has high purity with very low sulfur, ash and exhibits low moisture absorption and it improves mechanical durability even at high temperature and direct sun light applications. ROYALE BLACK® PP131 is suitable for indirect food contact applications conforming to EC 10/2011 and recommended for all general purpose masterbatch, PVC masterbatch and direct compounding applications. ROYALE BLACK® PP131 is also recommended for water base and; solvent base ink applications.

ROYALE BLACK® NuTone® 350 is a general purpose low color pigment black suitable for a broad range of tinting applications. It is easy to disperse and can enable higher loadings in most systems.

ROYALE BLACK® PF EXP is a specialty black for fiber application. It provides significant advantages to fine denier polyester fibre spinner and masterbatch producers. Its ultra-physical cleanliness increases melt fibre life by reducing plugging resulting in low production cost of fibre manufacturing. Morphological properties of PF EXP are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of blue tone, dispersibilty, dilutability and; color strength with extremely low filterability. With PF EXP, high spin pack life can be achieved by polyester fibre producers. It provides very low consistent fine screen Delta P in PET, PBT and; PP base polymers.

ROYALE BLACK® Bleumina® 381 is a series of Medium/High color Furnace (MCF/HCF) blacks that provide excellent aesthetics, along with high durability, in the final product. With very low particle size and a balance of structure, it exhibits good UV protection, high jetness, and gloss.

ROYALE BLACK® PC505 has been developed for semi-conductive applications. It is easy processing and ultra clean conductive black designed for use in a semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. With high structure, it offers higher conductivity and good processability in semi-conductive compounds.
