It is an easy processing, ultra clean conductive black designed for use in semi conductive compound for medium voltage power transmission cable application. ROYALE BLACK® PC501 contains very low sulphur and low ash which improves cable life. It provides good surface smoothness and strippability in the semiconductive compound. Very low sieve residue and ash content of ROYALE BLACK® PC501 prevent washout of any ionisable material which results in initiation of electrical degradation site. ROYALE BLACK® PC501 has very low sulphur content so that it does not react with polymers in the presence of electrical stresses, thereby increasing cable life.

ROYALE BLACK® PF EXP is a specialty black for fiber application. It provides significant advantages to fine denier polyester fibre spinner and masterbatch producers. Its ultra-physical cleanliness increases melt fibre life by reducing plugging resulting in low production cost of fibre manufacturing. Morphological properties of PF EXP are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of blue tone, dispersibilty, dilutability and; color strength with extremely low filterability. With PF EXP, high spin pack life can be achieved by polyester fibre producers. It provides very low consistent fine screen Delta P in PET, PBT and; PP base polymers.
