ROYALE BLACK® PF EXP

ROYALE BLACK® PF EXP is a specialty black for fiber application. It provides significant advantages to fine denier polyester fibre spinner and masterbatch producers. Its ultra-physical cleanliness increases melt fibre life by reducing plugging resulting in low production cost of fibre manufacturing. Morphological properties of PF EXP are balanced in such a way that it provides a good combination of blue tone, dispersibilty, dilutability and; color strength with extremely low filterability. With PF EXP, high spin pack life can be achieved by polyester fibre producers. It provides very low consistent fine screen Delta P in PET, PBT and; PP base polymers.

Other Hazards
May form combustible dust concentrations in air. Keep away from all ignition sources including heat, sparks and flame and dust accumulations to minimize explosion hazard, Do not expose to temperatures above 300°C. Hazardous products of combustion can include carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), oxides of sulfur, and organic products, May cause reversible mechanical irritation to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract especially at concentrations above the occupational exposure limit.
