- Baerolub® PA-7010 is a paraffin wax and low density oxidized PE wax blend.
- It is the primary external lubricant for PVC pipe manufacturing to control proper fusion, metal release of the polymer melt, and melt flow.
- As a primary external lubricant its function is to delay fusion of PVC in the extruder, which is balanced by the internal lubricant(s) such as calcium stearate to balance fusion times and processability.
