  • Baerolub® PAN is the primary external lubricant for PVC pipe manufacturing to control proper fusion, metal release of the polymer melt, and melt flow.
  • As a primary external lubricant its function is to delay fusion of PVC in the extruder, which is balanced by other components such as calcium stearate which acts as the internal lubricant and oxidized polyethylene wax which aids in metal release.
