Applications
Product Applications
  • Baeropan® TX 93100 P/1 is a solid lubricant for use in rigid PVC applications.
  • Baeropan® TX 93100 P/1 is generally available in pastille form with excellent handling and feeding characteristics and is especially suited for ease of blending and compounding with resin, filler and other additive components of thermoplastic formulations.
  • Baeropan® TX 93100 P/1 is considered a balanced internal/external lubricant in PVC that provides excellent metal release.
  • In rigid extruded sheets and extruded rigid profiles, it reduced tackiness and controls plate-out while ensuring a smooth semi glossy surface.
  • When compared to Baeropan® R 93100 P, Baeropan® TX 93100 P/1 is less externally lubricating to combat low molecular weight waxes from creating die lip build-up.
  • It is compatible with PVC and all relating additives in the formulation.
