Materials Features
Key Features
  • Baeropol® T-Blend 1214 TX is a blend of phenolic antioxidant (tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate]methane), a phosphite (tris(2,4-di-tert- butylphenyl)phosphite), and a high quality vegetable fatty acid derived stabilizer.
  • The efficacy for Baeropol® T-Blend 1214 TX allows it to be a direct drop-in for most traditional binary antioxidant blends.
Product Performance
  • The synergistic stabilizer blend allows for the partial replacement of phosphites in traditional B-Blends while improving overall performance.
  • Baeropol® T-Blend 1214 TX provides excellent melt stability in standard polyethylene and polypropylene resins during normal processing conditions.
  • It improves color for single or multiple extrusions.
  • In many applications Baeropol® T-Blend 1214 TX enhances the overall performance of resin.
  • The granule form of the product minimizes dust exposure and minimizes housekeeping issues in the work environment.
  • The free-flowing nature of granules avoids problems with bridging and caking and facilitates use in most bulk handling or conveying and automated weighing and metering systems.
