BS-1C-0 requires high shear dispersion in the solvent or resin/solvent blend as well as a chemical activator. It is added to the solvent or resin/solvent and dispersed under shear for 10 minutes. Following that a polar activator is added and mixed an additional 10 minutes to ensure complete activation.Cowles-type dissolvers, sand, ball or three roll mills are all suitable.
