COMFORTSIL FLD 21650 E4 has been developed for formulation into emulsions destined for use in textile applications.
When applied to textiles it imparts properties of a good compromise between softness and hydrophilicity, whilst remaining non-yellowing due to the presence of HALS groups.

COMFORTSIL FLD 21650 E4 is easily emulsified into micro- or macro-emulsions, using typically C13 [EO]6 alcohol ethoxylated surfactants.
The application onto textile surfaces imparts the following properties:
- Non-yellowing even at high temperatures.
- Very good soft handle.
- Good compromise softness / hydrophilicity.
