- Applications
- Product Applications
- Due to its physical properties and good thermal stability MAGNESIUM STEARATE SW/F POWDER is an excellent lubricant and release agent for many thermoplastics applications.
- Consistent physical properties allow the MAGNESIUM STEARATE SW/F POWDER to be uniformly blended and dispersed with a large variety of materials.
- The relatively fine particle size provides excellent lubrication and surface quality in ABS and other thermoplastic resin molding applications.
- The hydrophobic nature of magnesium stearate combined with the relatively fine particle size and high surface area allow is to function as a hydrophobing agent.
