Staybelite® Ester 10 is the glycerol ester of partially hydrogenated gum rosin. It is a pale, thermoplastic resin with excellent resistance to oxidation and discoloration. HP0145 - Water-Reducible Alkyd is a water-reducible short oil chain stopped alkyd dissolved in Glycol Ether EB and 2-Butanol (50/50). ZINC OXIDE GRADE 500 is a brilliant white powder manufactured by the French (Indirect) Process. Grade 500 is a popular general use high quality lower lead (Pb) zinc oxide. Grade 500 meets GMP 21CFR110, is USFDA approved as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) at 21cfr182.8991 and is authorized by the USFDA for use wherever GRAS is approved including food contact in rubber, plastics, and coatings. ZINC OXIDE GRADE 500 is also meets the requirements of ASTM specification D79, 2000/53/EC End of Life Vehicles (ELV Directive), 2002/95/EC Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS) for heavy metals and Waste Electrical and Electronic Directive (WEEE), and other regulations where high quality zinc oxide is required. It is designed specifically for automotive coating system and does not require a strong acid catalyst for fast cure response. CYMEL® 250 Resin is similar reactivity to conventional n-butylated melamine resin. A formulation by using CYMEL® 250 Resin can achieve lower VOC, compared to a formulation by using conventional n-butylated melamine formaldehyde resin.
