Superior Graphite LBG8004 is a purified flake product manufactured using Superior Graphite’s proprietary electro-thermal purification technology. This continuous high-temperature process exposes the flake graphite to extremely high temperatures so that impurities, including inorganic contaminants, are sublimed. Superior Graphite LBG8004 is the ultra fine size grade of the ‘Thermally Purified Flake’ product line produced using Superior Graphite’s dedicated milling and screening technology.

REAFREE® 5700 is a saturated carboxylated polyester for combination with Triglycidylisocyanurate or with ß-Hydroxyalkylamide type hardeners. Suitable for the formulation of outdoor superdurable and protective thermosetting powders. TMA free type.

AEROSIL® R 972 VW is used in various applications, including silicone sealants in adhesives & sealants, varnishes in coatings, and printing inks and toners in ink & toner formulations.

H.B. Fuller® PD-8081-H is a binder and resin used in waterborne adhesives for adhesives and sealants markets.

CRAYVALLAC® PA4 WDA 12 is a pre-activated amide wax supplied in a mixture of mineral spirit (D60) and alcohols. Under paste form for post addition to solvent-based low polarity coating systems, it provides a very simple and direct mean of introducing shear-thinning rheology with thixotropic viscosity recovery to coating formulations. It is a softer version than CRAYVALLAC® PA3 WDA 20 with enhanced ease of incorporation. It is also a very cost efficient alternative to organoclays. The shear-thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application. Immediately following application, the coating’s viscosity undergoes a time dependent recovery as the network re-establishes itself. This time dependence is known as thixotropy and enables the final coating to attain very good levelling.

CARPOL® PGP-2816 is a propylene glycol-initiated polyether polyol. CARPOL® PGP-2816 has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 2800 Da. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 16% ethylene oxide.

CARPOL® GP-6305-55 Polyol is a glycerin-initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of three and an average molecular weight of 6300 Da. This triol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 5% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, CARPOL® GP-6305-55 Polyol may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.

CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant is a nonionic surfactant with a chemical structure designed to make it act as a defoamer in many applications. Even at very low concentrations, CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant can be used to reduce the superficial tension of liquids, including high viscosity liquids. Defoaming performance is a function of cloud point and end use temperature and CARPOL® NIONIC™ L-81 Surfactant is a good low temperature defoamer. These materials are water soluble at low temperatures and will flocculate when warmed above their cloud point. In addition these products are easily removed and leave no residue on the surfaces.

TEDA-L33 is a chemical mixture and blend used as a catalyst in industrial additives.

RHOPLEX® AC-630 LOX is a binder and resin that functions as a binder.

Thetaguard™ FA-1000 is an oil repellent and wetting agent used in eggshell paint, flat paint, latex paint, solventborne and waterborne coatings, varnishes, and printing inks. It offers dirt pickup resistance and improves cleanability.

ACEMATT® OK 630 is a wax-treated, medium particle-sized precipitated silica. By offering very high compatibility, it can be used in a large variety of coatings.
