CRAYVALLAC® SLX is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology modifier designed for the low temperature manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilane systems, where processing temperatures typically lie within the range 60 - 90°C. CRAYVALLAC® SLX particles are converted to an interacting network of crystalline fibres. It is this network that gives rise to the shear thinning rheology. This shear thinning characteristic provides for a low viscosity at the shear rates associated with application by extrusion, and a very high viscosity under the low shear rates experienced after application. The net result is ease of application followed by excellent sag and slump resistance.

EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is a low viscosity amine modified polyether acrylate oligomer that provides low extractables, low odor and low migration after UV or EB curing. EBECRYL® LEO 10552 is recommended for use in low odor and low migrating UV overprint varnishes (OPV’s) and inks for indirect food packaging applications.

SURFYNOL® DF-220 is an effective defoamer concentrate based on mineraloil /waxtechnology. Silicone-freeand contains no fumed silica.

MAINCOTE™ PR-71 is used for all protective coating applications, the first need is for adhesion to and passivation of the substrate. In the past, difficult-to-adhere-to substrates were often treated with a vinyl wash primer to passivate the substrate and provide adhesion for subsequent coats. These vinyl wash primers are increasingly difficult to use as they are very low in solids, high in VOC, and contain toxic pigments. In contrast, MAINCOTE™ PR-71 Waterborne Acrylic Resin allows the coatings manufacturer to supply primers that not only adhere to difficult metallic substrates, but also give good corrosion resistance over carbon steel. This resin's ability to be topcoated by most solvent-based coating systems makes it a very versatile water-based primer.

EBECRYL® P104 is an acrylated amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks. When used in formulations in combination with a photosensitizer (e.g. benzophenone), EBECRYL P104 provides rapid UV cure response in air by mitigating the effects of oxygen inhibition at the coating or ink surface. Recommended levels are from 5 to 15% based on total formulation, usually combined with 3-5% photosensitizer. EBECRYL P104 can be used with EBECRYL P39 (a polymeric benzophenone derivative) for formulations requiring low residual odor.

D.E.R.® 668-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 668-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is designed primarily for use in one pack stoving enamels in combination with heat-reactive cross-linking agents such as amino- and phenol- formaldehyde resins. D.E.R.® 668-20 Solid Epoxy Resin may also be used as binder in ambient curing systems in combination with isocyanate cross-linkers. Finishes made from D.E.R.® 668-20 Resin are suitable for metal decoration, interior and exterior can coatings, tube and drum linings, coil primers and many other industrial applications.

ORGASOL® 2002 ES 5 NAT 3 is used as a surface modifier in case ingredients and composite materials.

Dynasylan® 9116 is a monomeric long-chain alkylfunctional silane. Dynasylan® 9116 is a clear colorless liquid and soluble in common non-polar organic solvents (e.g. petroleum ether,toluene). However its low volatility and viscosity make Dynasylan® 9116 an easy-to-handle additive. During the hydrolysis reaction between water and Dynasylan® 9116 a certain amount of methanol (VOC) is released.

TEGO® Foamex 825 is a compatible defoamer emulsion based on polyether siloxane technology. Good balance of effectiveness and compatibility.

TEGO® AIREX 991 shows very strong defoaming against both macro- and micro foam in solvent borne and high solids coatings. Especially for spray-applied coatings.

Bayferrox® 920 LO is a single-ingredient inorganic pigment, known as Iron Oxide Yellow or Ferric Oxide Yellow. It belongs to the iron oxides chemical family. The pigment is categorized as Pigment Yellow 42. It functions as a pigment in various applications, including plastics and elastomers.

Licocene® PE 4201 granules is a metallocene catalyst based polyethylene wax.

Bayferrox® 6593 is an inorganic pigment composed of a mixture of iron and iron compounds, and is a single ingredient product.

Bayferrox® 920 C is a single-ingredient inorganic pigment, known as Goethite. It belongs to the iron oxides chemical family. The pigment is categorized as Pigment Yellow 42. It is also referred to by several synonyms, including E 331, FeOOH, Ferric hydroxide oxide, and Iron oxyhydroxide.
