Dynasylan® GLYEO is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive organic epoxide and a hydrolyzable inorganic triethoxysilyl group. The dual nature of its reactivity allows Dynasylan® GLYEO to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e.g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e.g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier. Dynasylan® GLYEO is a colorless low­viscosity liquid with a slight terpentine­like odor. It is soluble in alcohols, ketones and aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Pale 1000 Blown Castor Oil commonly known as blown oils have increasing viscosities resulting from oxidative and crosslink polymerization at the double bonds and hydroxyl groups. Oxidative polymerization of castor oil yields products with increased viscosities and decreasing solubility in aliphatic solvents, increasing compatibility with various resins and improved ability to wet and disperse pigments while imparting solvent and abrasion resistance to lacquer systems. The polymerized oils are used to plasticize a variety of resins in adhesive and sealant systems, inks and hot melts. EMULSION E-2353 is a hard, all acrylic emulsion designed for use in factory applied, waterborne, interior and exterior wood coatings. Its self crosslinkable chemistry offers good exterior durability and is recommended for interior/exterior primers and topcoats. If EMULSION E-2353 is too hard, it can be blended with a soft polymer, such as RHOPLEXTM AC-261. It can also be reacted with melamine formaldehyde resins, the combination of which offers an extremely durable finish, ideally suited for long term warranty applications.

EBECRYL® 180 is a multifunctional reactive diluent with a high degree of acrylic unsaturation and finds use in a variety of ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings and ink systems where a high degree of crosslinking is desired. EBECRYL® 180 is a mixture of predominantly the tri- and tetra-acrylate esters of pentaerythritol. EBECRYL® 180 has a higher ratio of tetra- to tri-acrylate ester than the similar product PETIA, and therefore typically crystallizes at normal ambient temperatures.
