CYMEL® U-21-511 Resin is a partially n-butylated urea resin supplied in n-butanol and is the HAPs compliant version of CYMEL® U-21-510. It has excellent compatibility with epoxy resins. It is recommended in primer formulations which are to be topcoated and re-baked. Low viscosity and epoxy solution compatibility make this product an ideal modifier.

AP 5212 is a medium viscosity, reactive polyamide hardener for epoxy resins based lacquers and coatings.

TEGO® AIREX 901 W is a highly effective deaerator concentrate based on polyether siloxane technology. Outstandingly effective against micro-foam in a variety of applications.

D.E.R.® 323 liquid epoxy resin is a mono-functional reactive diluent modified reaction product of epichlorohydrin with Bisphenol A.

3M™ Glass Bubbles VS7000 is a high-performance polymer additives, specifically designed for use as density reduction fillers in automotive seam sealing and underbody coatings. The intrinsic hardness and spherical shape of 3M glass bubbles make them easier and less abrasive on processing equipment than many other fillers, while enabling surfaces that have excellent resistance to scrubbing and chipping.

Dimethyl thio-toluene diamine (DMTDA) is compatible with epoxies (EP) and polyurethanes (PU). It is used in adhesives, epoxy resins, medicine, polyurethane elastomers, and reaction injection molding (RIM). It is also applied in medical and healthcare plastics and elastomers. The product functions as a crosslinking agent and curing agent in base chemicals, CASE ingredients, and plastics and elastomers.

EBECRYL® 8807 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate that exhibits rapid surface cure response, light color and moderate viscosity. Films of EBECRYL® 8807 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit good flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance, and are resistant to yellowing.

HFGEL 120-B12 is an organophilic clay designed for use in aromatic and polar systems such as those containing aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, ketones, glycol ethers, and esters. It does not require use of a chemical activator to reach optimal efficiency. HFGEL 120-B12 can be incorporated at any point in the manufacturing process using common processing equipment. HFGEL 120-B12 provides stable rheology and helps control sag and pigment settling.

REAFREE® 4763-S is a binder and resin used in coil coating and powder coating applications. It offers excellent flow, good mechanical properties, high gloss, high reactivity, outdoor durability, and reduced blooming.

CARPOL® PGP-4025-60 is a propylene glycol initiated polyether polyol. The resulting material has a functionality of two and an average molecular weight of 4000. This diol is polymerized with propylene oxide and then capped with 25% ethylene oxide. The outcome is a polyol with enhanced reactivity when compared to its counterpart Carpol® PGP-4000. Main applications include C.A.S.E., however, Carpol® PGP-4025 may also be included as a component in other urethane products and formulations.
