ACRYSOL™ DR-1 Thickener is a synthetic, liquid thickener that offers a low cost/high performance alternative to cellulosic thickeners in interior flat latex paints. ACRYSOL™ DR-1 Thickener provides application and feel properties very similar to medium grades of cellulosic and hydrophobically modified HEC thickeners with excellent resistance to roller spattering and improved leveling in most formulations. ACRYSOL™ DR-1 Thickener is easy to handle and incorporate during the paint manufacturing process and is highly resistant to microbial attack. ACRYSOL™ DR-1 Thickener is part of the Designed Rheology product line which provides customized rheology based on key components.

RHOPLEX® K-3 is an acrylic crosslinking agent.

CYMEL® 1161 Resin is a highly monomeric, methylated/ iso-butylated melamine crosslinker with a high degree of alkylation. Its high monomer content allows for the formulation of high solids coatings with excellent appearance, recoat adhesion, and flexibility. CYMEL® 1161 Resin is especially recommended for automotive topcoats, general metal finishes, and coil coatings

EBECRYL® 8896 is a revolutionary aliphatic urethane acrylate designed for applications requiring haptic properties (e.g. “soft touch/feel”). Films of EBECRYL® 8896 cured via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) are tough, flexible, and resistant to yellowing. EBECRYL® 8896 is compatible with variety of fillers, pigments, waxes, and polymeric beads allowing formulator maximum formulating latitude to create a number of haptic properties ranging from a velvety/silky feel to EBECRYL® 8896’s intrinsic rubbery feel.

APODIL 1023 is a dimer acid based diglycidyl ester. The product is used as reactive diluent for high viscosity epoxy resins, which imparts flexibility, impact resistance and toughness.

EBECRYL® 249 is an aliphatic urethane methacrylate. Films of EBECRYL® 249 cured by electron beam (EB) or ultraviolet light (UV) exhibit good exterior durability, good adhesion and a high order of scuff and abrasion.

RHOPLEX® AC-347 is a binder and resin used in waterborne paint applications, functioning as a binder.

EBECRYL® 745 is an acrylic polymer diluted 46% by weight with a 1/1 ratio of the reactive diluents 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)(1) and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA) . EBECRYL 745 is used as the primary or modifying oligomer in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curable formulations to increase adhesion on difficult substrates.

EBECRYL® 150 is an ethoxylated bisphenol A diacrylate commonly used as reactive diluent in UV/EB cure applications. EBECRYL® 150 can improve the cure response, hardness, and chemical resistance of UV/EB curable coatings and inks while maintaining good adhesion, and without imparting brittleness.

Corrosperse™ 177 M is a 70% dispersion of Strontium Chromate in Methyl Amyl Ketone. It has a Fineness of Grind (7 Hegman) which means no grinding is required and it can easily be incorporated using high speed mixing techniques. Because the product is a pourable liquid, there are none of the concerns associated with Hexavalent Chrome in pigment form, specifically exposure to dust.

CYMEL® 301 Resin is a highly methylated melamine crosslinker supplied at >98% solids. Relative to CYMEL® 303 LF resin, CYMEL® 301 Resin is slightly higher in both monomer content and extent of alkylation resulting in a product with lower viscosity that exhibits fast cure response and imparts excellent flexibility to the film. Its high functionality and low tendency to self-condense makes CYMEL® 301 Resin suitable for a wide range of applications like can, container, automotive and general industrial coatings.

DzBh Baling® SEBS YH-602T is a radial hydrogenated styrene/butadiene block copolymer with excellent tensile strength and MFR.
