CRAYVALLAC® SLW is a high performance micronized amide wax rheology modifier designed for manufacture of one component Silyl-Terminated-Polymer based adhesives and sealants, especially for highly filled systems (demanding applications, High-Tack systems for instance).

ORGASOL® 2002 EXD NAT 1 is an ultrafine powder of polyamide 12 with a narrow particle size distribution and nearly round particle shape.

CRAYVALLAC® PA4 WDA 12 is a pre-activated amide wax supplied in a mixture of mineral spirit (D60) and alcohols. Under paste form for post addition to solvent-based low polarity coating systems, it provides a very simple and direct mean of introducing shear-thinning rheology with thixotropic viscosity recovery to coating formulations. It is a softer version than CRAYVALLAC® PA3 WDA 20 with enhanced ease of incorporation. It is also a very cost efficient alternative to organoclays. The shear-thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates. The net result is excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application. Immediately following application, the coating’s viscosity undergoes a time dependent recovery as the network re-establishes itself. This time dependence is known as thixotropy and enables the final coating to attain very good levelling.

Platamid® M 1657 is a standard thermoplastic co-polyamide hot melt adhesive available in pellet form. This very low melt viscosity, fast recrystallizing grade is particularly suitable for manufacturing webs, nets, mono and multi-filaments.

It is a rheology modifier in paste form with enhanced transparency, excellent anti-sagging and anti-settling properties.CRAYVALLAC® PA4 BA 20 is supplied in the form of crystalline fibres. In a coating system, these fibres form an interacting network. This network gives rise to the shear thinning rheology of the final coating. This shear thinning characteristic provides a very high viscosity under the low shear rates associated with sedimentation, and a low viscosity at the much higher application shear rates.
