Adwel® 1630C is an aqueous anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion. It is a raw material for the formulation of heat activated adhesives in footwear industries.Adwel® 1630C has excellent bonding properties on a variety of materials. Its bonding strength, heat and water resistance can be enhanced by adding an appropriate amount of water dispersible polyisocyanate hardener named Aquolin 161 from Wanhua Chemical. Solvent: <5000ppm acetone. It’s APEO, organotin and organic amine neutralizing agent free. Biocide: CMIT/MIT 3:1 14ppm and MBIT 200ppm.

Adwel® 1633 is an aqueous anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for 3D lamination industry. Adwel® 1633 has low heat activated temperature and the ability to crystallize rapidly. It’s APEO, organotin and organic amine neutralizing agent free. Biocide: CMIT/MIT 3:1 49ppm and MIT 100ppm.

Adwel® 1665 is an aqueous anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for automotive interior adhesive industry. Adwel® 1665 has excellent bonding properties on most natural and synthetic materials. Adwel® 1665 possesses advantages of low heat activated temperature and rapid crystallization. Its bonding strength, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance can be enhanced by adding an appropriate amount of water dispersible polyisocyanate hardener (such as Aquolin 161). Solvent: <1% acetone. It’s APEO, organotin and organic amine neutralizing agent free. Biocide: CMIT/MIT 3:1 14ppm and MBIT 200ppm.

Adwel® 1665A is an aqueous anionic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion for automotive interior adhesive industry. It has excellent bonding property on most natural and synthetic materials. It possesses advantages of low heat activated temperature and rapid crystallization. Its bonding strength, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance can be enhanced by adding an appropriate amount of water dispersible polyisocyanate hardener (such as Aquolin®166). Solvent: <1% acetone. It’s APEO, organotin and organic amine neutralizing agent free. Biocide: CMIT/MIT 3:1 14ppm and P30s 100ppm.

EBECRYL® 1885 is an undiluted polyesteracrylate resin. Films of EBECRYL® 1885 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibits high flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. EBECRYL® 1885 is recommended for parquet floor and furniture applications.

EBECRYL® 9361 is a nine functional aliphatic urethane acrylate. After polymerization, films of EBECRYL® 9361 exhibit significant improvement in weatherability compared to hexafunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate without compromising scratch and abrasion resistance. In addition, EBECRYL® 9361 does not contain intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals* or quinones.

EBECRYL® 8809 is a difunctional aliphatic urethane acrylate that does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals*, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). (Please note that quinones are present in many raw materials, so the overall quinone content is reduced, but not zero in EBECRYL 8809.) Films of EBECRYL 8809 cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness, and resistance to yellowing. EBECRYL LEO 10501 is present at 5% in this product.

Lacper® 4218 is an aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, it is specially developed for low odor waterborne wood coating. It has low odor both in wet film and dry film, At the same time, It has good wetting ability on wood substrate, also has good film building, film clarity and wood warming effect. It is recommended to be used in the preparation of water-based 1K wood coating, and can also be used in combination with water-based curing agent to prepare low odor water-based 2K wood coating. The product contains no solvent, APEO and Organotin. Less than 1% DMEA is used as neutralizing agent. Bactericide: CMIT: MIT=3:1 14ppm, BIT: 200ppm.

Lacper® 4101 is an aqueous oil modified polyurethane dispersion. It has good wetting ability on wood substrate, also has good film building, film clarity and wood warming effect. When used in water base 1K or 2K coatings, it shows very fast film hardness development, it also has good adhesion on different substrate such as PU/PE/UV/melamine. It has good stability and compatibility with ethanol and dyes when use Bactericide: CMIT:MIT=3:1 12 ppm, MIT: 100ppm.

UCECOAT® 6560 is an aliphatic urethane acrylate solution in water, containing approx. 50% acrylated products. The UCECOAT® 6560 is organo-tin free and highly recommended as primer for wood applications. Films containing UCECOAT® 6560 and cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) exhibit a nice optical aspect on different woods. Stability problems can occur if more water is added. Therefore, we recommend to use the EBECRYL® 11 produced by allnex.

Urosin® 4616 is a UV-curable polyurethane dispersion with fine particle size, widely used in water-based wood and plastic coatings. It is an environmentally friendly product containing no APEO, solvent, or organotin. It is neutralized with less than 1.0% triethylamine. Biocide: CMIT/MIT 3:1 12ppm, and MIT 100ppm.
