D.E.R.® 668-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is a high molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. D.E.R.® 668-20 Solid Epoxy Resin is designed primarily for use in one pack stoving enamels in combination with heat-reactive cross-linking agents such as amino- and phenol- formaldehyde resins. D.E.R.® 668-20 Solid Epoxy Resin may also be used as binder in ambient curing systems in combination with isocyanate cross-linkers. DERTOPHENE® H 150 is a light-colored and low VOC terpene phenolic resin with high softening point. Its high polarity allows specific performances when formulated with EVA copolymers: specific adhesion, thermal resistance, cohesive balance.

Wayncor™ 211 is an anti-corrosion inhibitive pigment that is very effective in solvent and water based epoxy primers. It does not affect the pot life of 2K systems. It can also be used alone or as a synergist with Zinc Phosphate. Typical use level is between 3 - 7 % total formula weight.

Its pH allows it to be formulated into a wide range of formulas but is particularly effective in solvent systems and water based epoxies. Typical use levels range between 2 - 7% total formula weight.
