Storage & Handling
- Storage Conditions
- ACEMATT® 3400 is a highly stable, chemically inert product with a high specific surface area. Due to this property, it has the potential to absorb moisture and volatile organic compounds from the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is recommended that ACEMATT® 3400 be stored in sealed containers in a dry, cool location, away from volatile organic substances.
- Even when stored properly, ACEMATT® 3400 may absorb ambient moisture over time, potentially exceeding the specified moisture content. For this reason, the recommended use-by date is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Products older than 24 months should be tested for moisture content before use to ensure their suitability for the intended application.
